TOBYHANNA TOWNSHIP HAS RECENTLY ENACTED NEW SHORT TERM RENTAL GUIDELINES. 

SPECIFICALLY, FOR RENTALS LESS THAN 30 DAYS, THE ADVERTISED SLEEPING CAPACITY MUST BE ONLY 2 per BEDROOM WITH A HOUSEHOLD MAXIMUM OF 10 PERSONS, REGARDLESS OF HOW MANY BEDS ARE ACTUALLY AVAILABLE. 

Thus, we can only offer sleeping capacity of 8 persons for short term rentals despite the actual physical sleeping capacity of 11.
